We are seeking a highly capable Google Ads Specialist with strong analytical thinking and a long-term commitment to performance marketing. This role is designed for candidates who not only execute campaigns but deeply understand how to drive measurable business results through data-driven advertising.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop strategies and execute Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) aligned with business objectives
Monitor, analyze, and continuously optimize campaign performance based on key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate
Conduct in-depth research on customer behavior, keywords, and competitors to improve campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with Content, Design, and Sales teams to enhance user experience and maximize conversion rates
Set up tracking systems and manage data measurement tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
Deliver detailed performance reports and propose actionable improvements based on data insights
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns; experience managing large budgets is a strong advantage
Strong performance marketing mindset with a solid understanding of customer journeys and conversion optimization
Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools
Ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions
High level of ownership, proactiveness, and ability to work independently under pressure
Prior experience in agency environments or high-performance projects is preferred
