We are actively seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to manage and maintain our customer service structure and CRM automations. This role requires proven experience in GoHighLevel, strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently manage customer interactions across multiple platforms. KEY FOCUS AREAS
1. CUSTOMER SERVICE (PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY)
You will be one of the main points of contact for our clients. This includes:
Speaking directly with clients via phone, text, and instant messaging (Tidio/SimpleTalk).
Responding to
Handling questions, concerns, or updates regarding their account or service status.
Acting as the human voice of our brand and maintaining a high standard of care.
2. GHL AUTOMATIONS & SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT
You must be highly experienced and efficient in GoHighLevel. Your duties will include:
Building and maintaining
Creating customer journeys, pipeline flows, and form-based triggers.
Managing onboarding sequences, system integrations, and contact segmentation.
Troubleshooting issues and maintaining backend accuracy.
3. CLIENT ONBOARDING
Collect and enter client data from forms.
Manage contracts via PandaDoc.
Ensure new clients are seamlessly entered into the onboarding system and workflows.

4. COMMUNITY & CONTENT MANAGEMENT
Distribute weekly newsletters to our

Help keep our community informed, inspired, and engaged with valuable resources.
5. COMPANY ACCREDITATION & REPUTATION MANAGEMENT
Request and collect reviews from satisfied clients.
Respond to public feedback on platforms like Google, Yelp, and TrustPilot.
Track positive and negative sentiment, and assist with resolution processes.
REQUIREMENTS (DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU MEET THESE)
Expert-Level Experience in GoHighLevel (GHL)
At least 2 years of experience in customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfortable answering phone calls and sending professional
Organized, reliable, and self-managed
Familiarity with:
PandaDoc
Google Sheets
Tidio
Skool Platform
Facebook
Bonus (not required):
WordPress knowledge
Graphic design experience
Copywriting for newsletters or
ROLE DETAILS
Salary: $1,000/month (approx. $6/hr)
Position Type: Full-Time (Remote)
Hours: Flexible — but must be responsive during U.S. business hours
