WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a GHL Specialist who knows the platform inside out and can manage client accounts with confidence. If you enjoy turning messy setups into clean, working automations and you’re comfortable speaking with clients when needed, this role will suit you.
You must be comfortable speaking with clients when needed and explaining updates in a simple, clear way.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time
SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday | 8am to 6pm (UK Time)
SALARY: $500 - $700 depending on experience

1. GHL Setup and Automation
Build and manage GHL workflows, automations and pipelines
Set up forms, calendars, funnels and triggers
Clean up and optimise existing client accounts
Make sure everything tracks correctly from lead to booking
2. Technical Support and Troubleshooting
Fix broken workflows,
Check data flow between GHL and connected tools
Test everything before pushing changes live
3. Client Communication
Jump on client calls when needed to explain updates or clarify next steps
Share clear updates through
Make sure clients understand their setup and what to expect
Stay patient and helpful when clients get confused with tech
4. Reporting and QA
Check if leads, tags and campaigns are working correctly
Review automations regularly to avoid issues
Update internal trackers and timelines
Help improve our SOPs and best practices
WHAT YOU NEED
2 plus years working with GHL in a professional setting
Strong with workflows, forms and funnel setup
Comfortable speaking with clients
Good eye for detail and a habit of checking your work
Solid troubleshooting skills
Organized and able to manage multiple client accounts
Clear communication and good personal ownership
