Let’s be real: Accounting is usually boring. We aren't. We are a growing US-based apartment business, and we’re moving fast. We don't have a "accounting department" filled with cubicles and dusty files. Instead, we have a lean, modern team that values transparency, tech, and getting things right the first time.
We aren’t looking for a "data entry clerk." We’re looking for a Real Estate Accounting Pro who actually enjoys the "detective work" of cleaning up a messy General Ledger. If you get a hit of dopamine from seeing a balance sheet finally hit zero, you’re our person.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
You’ll be the "Source of Truth" for our property financials. No fluff, just high-impact work:
• The Great Cleanup: We have some historical "accounting cobwebs" that need a pro to sweep through. You’ll dive into the GL and fix discrepancies like a boss.
• Apartment Life: You’ll handle the stuff that makes an apartment business tick—security deposits, rent rolls, mortgage escrows, and CapEx.
• Tech Stack Mastery: You’ll live inside AppFolio, Yardi, or ResMan and use Excel to make the data dance.
• Investor-Ready Books: You’ll own the month-end close so that when we look at our reports, we know the numbers are 100% solid.

• Multifamily Experience is a MUST: You’ve worked with apartment complexes before. You know that a "Tenant Ledger" isn't the same thing as a "General Ledger."
• The Software: You are a ninja in AppFolio, Yardi, or ResMan.
• Experience: You’ve got 4+ years under your belt. You’re experienced enough to work without a boss breathing down your neck.
• The Night Owl Life: You’re cool with the Graveyard Shift. You’ll be syncing up with our US team in real-time.
