ROLE OVERVIEW
This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with a strong background in website design, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless integration across CRM platforms, websites, automations, and in-person event technology. From building GHL funnels and workflows to setting up product launches and automations, your work will directly support our mission and help deliver a flawless experience for our clients.

The right candidate is both strategic and detail-oriented—someone who embraces diverse technical responsibilities with excellence and precision. Every task, big or small, contributes to the success of our mission, and we’re looking for someone who takes ownership of that responsibility.

This is a full-time role requiring availability from 8 AM to 5 PM CDT, including participation in video calls for team collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design on-brand, eye-catching websites, landing pages and funnels optimized for conversion.
- Provide guidance and strategy around layout and structure to increase conversions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM, website, and hosting challenges quickly and effectively.
- Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and organization of CRM data.
- Streamline, optimize, and maintain CRM workflows, funnels, and web pages.
- Build and test opt-in pages, email sequences, tagging, backend CRM tasks, and pixel placements.
- Manage tasks and communication clearly through Asana and team collaboration tools.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience with GHL funnel building and website management.
- Great eye for design with a track record of building beautiful websites and landing pages.
- Expertise and/or strong technical skills in Ontraport CRM, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Zapier, WordPress and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to excellence.
