GoHighLevel Specialist — Day Shift (9AM PH Time) | Australian Marketing Agency | Part-Time to Full-Time

About Us

JSK Advisory is an Australian marketing agency based in Sydney. We help local professional service businesses — accountants, clinics, advisory firms and similar — get more leads online through websites, local SEO, ads, reviews and automated follow-up.

We're looking for someone who has strong Gohighlevel experience (4 years+), understands how to setup snapshots, automations and ideally has local SEO experience.

The Role

You'll be building and maintaining client sub-accounts in GoHighLevel using our existing systems. We already have snapshots, custom values, templates and SOPs in place — your job is to deploy them properly, adapt them per client, and make sure everything fires the way it should.

What you'll be doing:
Setting up and deploying our existing GHL snapshots into new client sub-accounts
Working with our existing custom values and updating them per client
Reviewing and updating automations inside client accounts
Connect each GHL subaccount with Claude
Building automations we need: opportunity pipeline stage updates, calendar and appointment workflows, lead routing, internal notifications
Setting up SMS and email campaigns from our existing templates
Setting up and optimising Google Business Profiles using our AI software (training provided)
Testing everything before handover and fixing what breaks

What We're Looking For

Must have:
Solid hands-on GoHighLevel experience — you've built workflows, pipelines, calendars, and campaigns before, not just clicked around the dashboard
Comfortable with snapshots, custom values and sub-account setup
Strong attention to detail (a broken trigger or a wrong custom value costs a client real leads)
Good written English and clear communication over Slack/email
Able to follow SOPs and flag problems early instead of guessing
Reliable internet and a working computer

Nice to have:
Local SEO experience, and Google Business Profile optimisation. If you know how to use GHL and also use AI to write articles, that is a huge plus.
Experience with ----------
Experience working with Australian or other Western clients
Basic reporting or dashboard setup in GHL

Hours & Schedule
Day shift. Start time is 9:00AM Philippine time (11:00AM Sydney time), Monday to Friday.
No graveyard shift. You keep your evenings and your weekends.
Starting part-time with an initial probationary period, then transitioning to full-time for the right person.
