We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and a problem-solver with strong expertise in GoHighLevel and automation systems. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, enjoy learning, and excel at optimizing workflows. We value individuals who have a passion for troubleshooting and improving systems, are able to work independently, and collaborate effectively with the team. We’re looking for someone eager to contribute long-term to our company’s success.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and implement an advanced deployment of a white-labeled GoHighLevel sub-account.
- Analyze metrics, dashboards, and reports.
- Design multi-step messaging, reminder, and follow-up sequences via SMS and email.
- Troubleshoot and optimize workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
- Track and monitor system automations to ensure they are working as designed.
- Load and maintain content.
- Ensure data integrity between systems and integrations.

Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge of GoHighLevel
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling.
- Ability to create a “frictionless experience” for clients.
- Availability of at least 1/4 day during core US hours (8 AM - 5 PM EST, Monday to Friday).
- Experience integrating third-party tools using native GoHighLevel functionality.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automation integration.
- Ability to work independently and deliver projects on time.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
- GoHighLevel Certification.
- Native or near-native English skills with the ability to write first draft copy.
- Experience integrating workflows with CRMs, databases, or other business tools.
- Familiarity with additional automation platforms or tools.
- Expertise in JavaScript & CSS for customization and API integrations to enhance GoHighLevel functionality.

Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for customization and API integrations to enhance GoHighLevel functionality.
