We are a growing digital marketing agency specializing in helping businesses streamline their sales and marketing processes through advanced automation and funnel optimization. We're looking for a skilled GoHighLevel specialist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Position: GoHighLevel Specialist
Employment Type: Full-time Remote
Work Hours: USA Business Hours (EST/PST)
Salary Range: $800 - $1,500 USD per month (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Technical Implementation

Build and optimize high-converting sales funnels and landing pages in GoHighLevel
Create and manage complex automation workflows and sequences
Set up CRM pipelines and lead management systems
Integrate third-party tools and APIs with GoHighLevel
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance

Client Support & Onboarding

Conduct client onboarding sessions and training calls
Provide ongoing technical support to new and existing clients
Create documentation and training materials
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
Conduct screen-share sessions to walk clients through platform features

Project Management

Manage multiple client projects simultaneously
Meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards
Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers and communicate project status
Maintain detailed project documentation

Required Qualifications
Technical Skills

2+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel platform
Proven track record building successful funnels and landing pages
Experience with workflow automation and email marketing sequences
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for custom page modifications
Understanding of CRM setup and lead management
Familiarity with webhook integrations and Zapier connections

Communication & Language

Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2 level required)
Strong presentation and training abilities
Professional communication style suitable for US-based clients
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms

Work Requirements

Must work USA business hours (PST timezone)
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Professional workspace for video calls
Availability for client calls and meetings during US business hours

Preferred Qualifications

GoHighLevel certification or advanced training
Experience with other marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels)
Basic graphic design skills for landing page optimization
Sales background or client-facing experience
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization principles
