We’re hiring a GoHighLevel CRM & AI Automation Lead to build and own the AI-powered systems behind our CRM SaaS product and internal operations.

What You’ll Own
Client-Facing CRM SaaS Product (Primary Project)
You will fully own our AI-powered CRM SaaS product for real estate agents, built on GoHighLevel.
You’ll be responsible for:
- CRM system architecture
- Master snapshots
- AI-driven workflows and automations
- Email & SMS systems
- Onboarding and account provisioning
- Funnels, forms, and automation templates
- GoHighLevel AI + external AI tools
Your goal is a clean, scalable, reliable CRM product that actually works.

Internal AI & Automation Systems
You’ll also build and maintain internal systems that power the business, including:
- Marketing and launch automations
- Virtual event and webinar systems
- Client onboarding workflows
- Customer support automations
- Internal GoHighLevel infrastructure for operations
Your goal is to reduce manual work and help teams move faster using AI and automation.

What You’ll Do
- Build AI-powered automations inside GoHighLevel
- Connect tools using Zapier, Make, or n8n
- Use AI inside and outside GoHighLevel
- Troubleshoot and fix broken workflows fast
- Prevent repeat issues through better system design
- Test, document, and optimize everything you build

What We’re Looking For
- Strong GoHighLevel experience
- Deep automation and workflow logic skills
- Experience using AI in automation systems
- SaaS or CRM system experience
- Zapier, Make, or n8n experience
- Strong problem-solving skills

Big Plus
- Real estate CRM experience
- ManyChat
- AI agents or LLM workflows
- API or webhook experience
- Basic HTML, CSS, or JavaScript

Compensation
$15,000 – $30,000 CAD per year (base)
Plus performance-based bonuses tied to system delivery, reliability, and SaaS launches
