Role Overview
We are looking for a highly capable GoHighLevel Expert and AI Specialist to join our team. This is not a maintenance role — it is a build role. We need someone who can take a vision and execute it from the ground up: full account buildouts, AI agent creation, funnel and landing page development, multi-channel drip campaigns, and the copywriting to power all of it.
The ideal candidate is proactive by nature, understands workflow logic, and has a strong grasp of tonality — matching voice and message to the right audience at the right stage. Key Responsibilities
- Build out the GoHighLevel account from scratch, including pipelines, custom fields, tags, and CRM architecture tailored to the industry
- Design and develop funnels and landing pages optimized for lead capture and conversion
- Create and configure AI agents and automation workflows within GoHighLevel
- Set up and manage multi-channel drip campaigns using
- Write compelling copy for outgoing campaigns, follow-up sequences, and client-facing communications
- Develop a unique, business-specific CRM experience that reflects the client journey in this vertical
- Continuously improve workflows and automation logic based on performance and evolving business needs
Requirements
- Proven experience building GoHighLevel accounts from scratch — not just administering existing setups
- Hands-on experience creating AI agents and automation workflows inside GHL
- Demonstrated copywriting skills across
- Experience with multi-channel drip campaign setup and sequencing logic
- Strong understanding of funnel and landing page structure for lead generation
- Proactive, self-directed, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight
- Clear understanding of tonality — ability to adapt copy voice to context, audience, and channel
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience building for service-based or lead-driven businesses
- Familiarity with CRM best practices — segmentation, tagging, pipeline stage logic
- Experience with voice drop strategy and any compliance awareness in outbound messaging
