JOB OVERVIEW

GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert – Full Time

Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Employment Type: Full-Time (Exclusive)

Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to manage, build, and optimize CRM systems, automations, and funnels across multiple client accounts. This is a full-time, exclusive role for someone who lives and breathes GHL and can execute without hand-holding.

Requirements
* 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience
* Available full time, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST
* Exclusive employment only (no freelance, side clients, or other agencies)
* Strong understanding of:
* Workflows and automations
* Pipelines and opportunity stages
* Calendars and appointment booking
* Email and SMS campaigns
* Triggers, tags, and custom fields
* Snapshots and sub-account setup
* Ability to follow SOPs and think critically when optimizing systems
* Fast turnaround, detail-oriented, and reliable

Responsibilities
* Build and manage GHL workflows, automations, and pipelines
* Set up and maintain client sub-accounts
* Troubleshoot automation, deliverability, and logic issues
* Customize systems per client niche and offer
* Maintain clean, organized CRM structures
* Collaborate with internal team on launches and optimizations

Nice to Have (Not Required)
* Experience with A2P compliance
* Experience working with marketing agencies or lead-gen businesses
* Familiarity with appointment-based funnels and reactivation workflows

Important Notes
* This is not a contract or part-time role
* You must be available during EST business hours
* You will be working only with our company ONLY
