JOB OVERVIEW

We run GHL systems for U.S. health, medical and med spa clients, including automations, webhooks, pipelines, and attribution tracking. We are looking for someone who knows GHL deeply and can work independently.

You Need
• Expert knowledge of workflows, custom fields, pipelines
• Deep understanding of webhooks and JSON payload parsing
• Experience connecting GHL to external tools
• Reliable communication skills and ability to deliver on time

To Apply
Record a Loom (10 min max) answering this:

A med spa client has Facebook leads flowing into ---------- through landing pages. There are two webhooks from the external scheduling software, one when a lead books their appointment, and another fires when they purchase a treatment or service at their appointment. The revenue data is sent back to GHL through a webhook. Walk through how you would build attribution tracking to capture lead source, UTM data (campaign, source, medium, content, term), and revenue to be stored on the contact or opportunity and fed into a Google Sheet for reporting.

Please make sure you cover: what custom fields you'd create, how'd you ensure properly attribution per campaign, handle duplicates, and how you'd test it without a live lead.

Submit your Loom link to apply.
