Summary
Position: Part-Time Go HighLevel (GHL) Automation Specialist | Funnel & CRM Optimization

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Go HighLevel (GHL) Automation Specialist to support our team in optimizing marketing funnels and automating CRM workflows. This part ---------- position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced agency focused on delivering excellent results for our clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possesses strong problem-solving skills, with a proven background in GHL systems and marketing automation.

Role Overview
- Position Type: Part-Time / Contractor
- Hours: 8–15 hours per week (with potential to increase based on performance or company needs)
- Schedule: Work hours must fall between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Arizona Time, depending on the assigned tasks and company priorities

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize marketing and sales funnels using Go HighLevel
- Set up automations, triggers, workflows, and campaign sequences
- Configure calendars, booking forms, surveys, landing pages, and SMS/email workflows
- Integrate GHL with third-party platforms such as Zapier, Calendly, Stripe, Google Sheets, and others
- Maintain and update client CRM systems, pipelines, and dashboards
- Monitor funnel and automation performance; recommend and implement improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the GHL platform or related integrations
- Provide regular progress updates, documentation, and post-implementation support
- Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to align automation strategies with client objectives
- Assist with tagging, segmentation, and custom field logic to personalize user journeys
- Implement split-testing for landing pages and email workflows to improve performance

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1–2+ years of hands-on experience with Go HighLevel in a marketing or agency setting
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, automation logic, and CRM workflows
- Proven ability to build and manage workflows, pipelines, and campaign systems from scratch
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in configuring and managing automations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver quality work within deadlines
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement

Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or other automation platforms
- Familiarity with performance reporting tools, analytics dashboards, or A/B testing methodologies
- Experience documenting SOPs or training tea ---------- mbers on using GHL systems
