JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a detail-oriented VA to build foreclosure lead lists from Georgia Public Notice and prepare them for skip tracing using LeadCruncher.

This is NOT a basic data entry job. You must be accurate and able to follow structured instructions.

Responsibilities:

– Pull foreclosure notices from a public website
– Extract borrower and property data
– Use ChatGPT to structure data
– Enter clean data into Excel
– Prepare files for skip tracing

Requirements:

– Strong attention to detail
– Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
– Ability to follow step-by-step instructions exactly
– Good English comprehension
– Reliable internet

BONUS (Preferred but not required):

– Experience with LeadCruncher or skip tracing tools
– Real estate data experience (foreclosures, probate, tax liens, etc.)
