JOB OVERVIEW

We run a fast-growing online education company

We use GoHighLevel (GHL) as our CRM and funnel system, and we need someone to help us bring clarity and structure to our data and reporting.

Your job is to make our funnel fully observable so we can see exactly what’s happening at every stage.

Responsibilities:

• Audit and organize GoHighLevel CRM structure
• Clean up tags, workflows, and segmentation
• Create accurate Smart Lists and lifecycle tracking
• Build daily and weekly funnel performance reports using Google Sheets + Looker Studios
• Track lead ? booked call ? showed ? customer conversion rates
• Track attribution from paid ads and organic traffic
• Create Google Sheets dashboards showing funnel metrics
• Help enforce canonical truth inside the CRM

Requirements:

• Experience working with GoHighLevel CRM
• Strong Google Sheets or Excel skills (looker studios is a bonus)
• Understanding of CRM segmentation and lifecycle tracking
• Ability to analyze funnel performance data
• Strong attention to detail
• Good English communication

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with marketing funnels or online coaching businesses
• Experience with Facebook Ads tracking
• Experience building dashboards
• Experience with Zapier or automation tools

Work schedule:

Full-time (40 hours/week)

Compensation:

$1,200-1,500/month depending on experience
