Hello, brilliant soul!

I'm Kama Newbry, RN and Nurse Coach, founder of Synergy Rising and host of the Dancing With Dementia™ & Caregivers Rising™ Podcast. I'm building real resources and a real community for young, young-at-heart, and atypical caregivers... and I'm looking for a WEB, FUNNEL & TECH wizard to rise alongside me as we grow.

The role in one line: website, funnel, automation, and social media support... the tech-and-systems magic that keeps our mission moving and growing.

A note on the team: this is a TEAM. You'll work closely with me AND with my executive/personal assistant VA, so collaboration and clear communication are part of the magic.

What you'll do:

~Build and maintain our websites, funnels, and landing pages
~Set up and manage AUTOMATIONS that make everything run smoother (this is a MUST-have skill, not a nice-to-have)
~Work inside FG Funnels as our home base... more on that below
~Support social, especially our most-current platforms... scheduling, posting, organizing, and helping our content shine
~Light video editing for Reels and short-form (trims, captions, simple cuts)
~Create clean, on-brand pages and simple assets
~Live in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar) like it's home
~Take feedback and run with it... I love collaborators who hear a note, get it, and make it even better

The FG Funnels thing (please read closely):

We build in FG Funnels. FG Funnels is a white-label of GoHighLevel... so it is SIMILAR, but it is NOT the same, and I need someone who honors that. Even if you're a High Level expert, you must be willing to follow FG FUNNELS' OWN processes, tutorials, and live support... never assuming "this is how High Level does it, so this is how FG does it." Willingness to learn and follow OUR way is non-negotiable.

Who you are:

~AUTOMATION knowledge is a MUST... you understand workflows, triggers, and building systems that scale
~Skilled with websites, funnels, and landing pages
~Willing to follow FG Funnels' processes and lean on FG's live support
~Organized, proactive, and resourceful... you find answers and ask great questions
~Warm, reliable, and genuinely kind (this is a heart-forward brand and team)
~Comfortable with social media and short-form video culture
~Strong English-speaking skills for clear email communication
~A consistent, reliable internet connection
~Excellent with follow-through and feedback
~Available during MST (US Mountain Time) daytime working hours
~Able to provide references

Bonus glow (nice, not required):

~Prior FG Funnels experience specifically
~BONUS if you know how to edit audio... LEGIT audio editing, NOT the AI tools that auto-remove filler words. Real, hands-on audio editing skill.
~Caregiving lived experience or a heart for this mission

The logistics:

~Rate: $2 to $3 per hour to start, with ROOM TO GROW as the company grows
~Hours: MST (US Mountain Time) daytime working hours
~Start: immediately, beginning with a trial project tailored to your skillset
~Pay: at the end of each fully-worked month
~Fully remote
