We're a ecommerce brand. We build and test funnels fast — advertorials, listicles, landing pages, product pages — and we need a detail-oriented VA to execute builds reliably so our strategists can stay focused on creative and scaling.
This is a systems-driven role. You'll follow clear SOPs to build and launch funnels. If you love clean execution, organized workflows, and seeing things go from copy doc to live page — this is for you.
**What You'll Be Doing**
- Building advertorials, listicles, and landing pages (primarily on Funnelish / Shopify)
- Setting up product pages, order bumps, and upsell flows based on templates and SOPs
- Managing funnel versioning and tracking in our Notion/Google Sheets system
- Uploading and formatting creatives (images, GIFs) into landing pages
- Setting up A/B split tests on advertorial ATFs (headline + hero image + lead combos)
---
**What You Need to Have**
- Experience building pages in Funnelish, Checkout Champ, Shopify, or similar funnel builders
- Strong attention to detail — you catch spacing issues, broken links, and mobile formatting before anyone else does
- Ability to follow SOPs precisely without needing hand-holding
- Comfortable working asynchronously and hitting deadlines without reminders
- Basic understanding of direct response funnel structure (advertorial ? product page ? upsell) — you don't need to write copy, but you need to understand what you're building and why
---
**Nice to Have**
- Experience with DR health/supplement/gadget brands
- Basic image editing (Canva or Figma) to format hero images for advertorials
---
**How We Work**
- Full-time remote
- Clear SOPs for every build type — you won't be guessing
- Tight feedback loops — every build gets reviewed before going live
- Fast-moving environment: we test new funnel variants weekly, sometimes daily
---
**How to Apply**
Record a short Loom (under 3 minutes) showing us a funnel or landing page you've built. Walk us through the build, what tools you used. A. Then answer these two questions in writing:
1. Describe the last funnel you built end-to-end. What platform? What were the components?
2. You receive a document for a new advertorial but one section is unclear. What do you do before you start building?
Applications without a Loom will not be reviewed.
