JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing online education and funding-based business looking for a high-level Funnel Builder & Automation Specialist who knows how to turn ideas into fully functioning systems.

If you understand funnels from strategy ? build ? automation ? optimization, this is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for building and managing multiple funnels across our offers, including:

Lead generation funnels

Sales funnels (front-end + upsells/downsells)

Application funnels

Webinar funnels

Course/member area funnels

You’ll also handle:

Email & SMS automation workflows

Tagging, triggers, and segmentation

CRM workflow setup

Integration between funnel pages, calendars, payment processors, and email systems

Ongoing funnel edits, testing, and optimization

We move fast, so we need someone who can think in systems, not just pages.

Required Skills
You MUST be experienced with:

Funnel builders (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar)

Automation workflows (email/SMS sequences, triggers, logic paths)

CRM pipeline setup

Integrations (Zapier, webhooks, forms, calendars, payment links)

Troubleshooting tech issues independently

Landing page copy structure knowledge

Understanding of conversion optimization
