We’re a fast-paced, results-driven agency working with serious operators doing $30K–$100K+ months, and we’re looking for someone who can execute at a high level, think strategically, and build systems that PRINT.

The Role:
We’re hiring a Funnel Builder & Automation Specialist who is not just technical… but strategic.

This role is for someone who understands:
• How a funnel converts
• How automation drives revenue
• How to connect every step of the customer journey

You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and managing funnels + automations inside GoHighLevel (GHL) for live launches, webinars, challenges, and evergreen systems.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Funnel Building
• Build high-converting funnels inside GoHighLevel (landing pages, sales pages, checkout, upsells/downsells)
• Optimize page speed, layout, and conversion elements
• Implement full customer journeys (opt-in ? purchase ? upsell ? backend)

2. Automation & Workflows
- Build and manage advanced GHL workflows:
• Email + SMS sequences
• Pipeline automation
• Lead tagging + segmentation
• Conditional logic + triggers

- Integrate Zoom, Stripe, and other tools into workflows
• Ensure seamless automation for:
• Webinar registrations
• Challenge reminders
• Show-up sequences
• Sales follow-ups

- Strategy + Execution
• Understand the WHY behind every funnel
• Collaborate on:
• Offer structure
• Customer journey flow
• Conversion improvements
• Identify bottlenecks (low CTR, low CVR, drop-offs) and fix them

- Optimization
• Analyze funnel performance
• Suggest improvements based on data
• Continuously refine for higher conversions + better user experience

What We’re Looking For
• Must-Have Skills
• Advanced experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Strong understanding of:
• Funnels (opt-in ? sales ? upsells)
• Automations + workflows
• Customer journey mapping

Experience with:
• Webinars / challenges / launches
• Stripe integrations
• CRM pipelines
• Ability to build AND think strategically

- Bonus Points (Highly Preferred)
• Experience in info products, coaching, or digital marketing space
• Familiar with:
• Meta Ads funnel flow
• UTM tracking + attribution
• Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Experience with ManyChat or DM automation
• Knows how to move FAST without breaking systems
