JOB OVERVIEW

COMPANY OVERVIEW

BKG is a home-renovation group in the Netherlands. Our brands include Sanitairstudio (bathrooms) and Tegelstudio (tiles), alongside 25+ other home-improvement brands in the wider BKG group. Most of our websites generate leads: the goal is a showroom appointment or a request for advice, not an online sale.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You turn website visitors into leads and showroom appointments. For each offer, such as our inspiration book, a free 3D bathroom design, a style quiz or a price calculator, you build the whole route: landing page, form, thank-you page and the step to an appointment. You build it yourself in WordPress with Elementor Pro and Gravity Forms, you measure every step, and you improve it with tests. About a third of your time goes to our bathroom brand, Sanitairstudio, which has a showroom with more than 70 complete bathrooms. The rest goes to the lead funnels of the other brand sites in the group, which we are bringing together on one WordPress Multisite. Our pages are in Dutch: the copy comes from our Dutch team, and you own the structure, the build and the numbers.

MAJOR FUNCTIONS

Start with a baseline: measure the routes we already have (appointment form, inspiration book, free 3D design), so every change can be compared with what was there before.
Build complete lead funnels per offer in WordPress with Elementor Pro: landing page, opt-in form, thank-you page and the next step to a showroom appointment or a request for advice.
Build the forms in Gravity Forms: short on a phone, multi-step where it helps, with conditional logic and calculations (for example a bathroom price calculator), and a few questions that tell our sales team how serious the lead is.
Make sure every lead arrives: together with our WordPress developer and our AI automation expert you send each form entry to our CRM (Bitrix24) with its source (UTM), trigger the follow-up, and test the whole route end to end.
Improve on data: one hypothesis at a time, A/B tests where there is enough traffic, bigger changes (offer, headline, form length) where there is not. Write down the conclusion of every test and report monthly: visitors, leads, appointments and what you will change next.
Deliver landing pages for our ad campaigns and opt-in forms for our email flows, matched to the ad or email the visitor comes from.
Set the conversion requirements for the landing-page template and form component in our design system, and turn what works into templates every brand can reuse.

REQUIRED SKILLS

2+ years building lead-generation funnels and landing pages, with conversion numbers you can show.
You build in WordPress with Elementor Pro yourself: landing pages, pop-ups and thank-you pages, mobile-first and fast. Experience in ClickFunnels or GoHighLevel alone is not enough for this role.
Strong in a WordPress form builder, ideally Gravity Forms: multi-step forms, conditional logic, calculations, hidden fields, notifications and webhooks.
A CRO way of working: hypothesis, test, conclusion. You know when a test has too little data to conclude anything, and what to do then.
Landing-page structure: one goal per page, the same message as the ad, a clear offer, proof, and a form that is no longer than it needs to be.
Basic conversion tracking you can set up yourself: GA4 events and Google Tag Manager, form-submit or thank-you-page conversions, UTM parameters.
Careful work on live pages: you test on mobile and desktop, submit every form route yourself, and check that the lead reaches the CRM.
Clear written English. You can explain a test result to non-technical colleagues.

TOOLS WE USE

This is our stack. Elementor Pro is required; experience with the rest is a plus. Tell us which ones you have worked with.

WordPress Multisite with the Hello Elementor theme, Elementor Pro and ElementsKit.
Gravity Forms; MetForm on our current Sanitairstudio site.
GA4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.
Bitrix24 (CRM, including WhatsApp follow-up) and ---------- on the receiving end of the forms.
Meta Ads: pixel and conversion events on landing pages.
A/B-testing and behavior tools (a split-test plugin, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar). Tell us what you use.

NICE TO HAVE

High-ticket local services (renovation, kitchens, solar) where a conversion is an appointment.
Calculators or quizzes built as lead magnets.
Appointment-booking tools and calendar integrations.
Landing-page copywriting, and experience working with copy in a language you don’t speak.
EU privacy rules (GDPR): consent on forms, cookie consent and what it does to your tracking.
Knowledge of Dutch or German.

AVAILABILITY

Part-time, about 12 hours per week, flexible. You meet with our Dutch colleagues during Amsterdam business hours (CET/CEST), which is afternoon and evening in the Philippines. When a campaign has a start date, the landing page is live and tested before that date. A reliable, high-speed internet connection is required.

EXPECTATIONS

You care about what happens after the click: a lead that never reaches our sales team is worth nothing, and ten serious leads are worth more than fifty weak ones. You d ---------- on numbers, and you say so when there is too little data to d ---------- . You work with Dutch text you can’t read yourself, so nothing goes live before a Dutch colleague has checked it. If you spot a way to improve a process, a tool or a result, you raise it with your manager.

WORKING CONDITIONS / SALARY

$239/month. Part-time now, with room to grow as more brands go live. Long-term, stable role.

BONUSES

Paid Time Off after 1.5 months · salary reviews every 2–3 months · professional-development budget · second monitor after 6 months · new laptop after 2 years.

HOW TO APPLY

Start your message with the word “VARIANT” so we know you have read the full post. Then answer these four questions, 3 to 6 sentences each:

Describe one lead-generation funnel you built yourself: the offer, the pages and the form, the tool you built it in, and the numbers (visitors, leads, conversion rate) before and after your work.
Describe one test you ran on a page or a form: your hypothesis, what you changed, how many visitors it had and how long it ran, and what you concluded. A new landing page of ours may get only a few hundred visitors a month. What does that change about how you test?
A new bathroom is a big purchase that people think about for months. A visitor asks for our free inspiration book. What do you build on the page, in the form and after the form, so that the serious visitors end up with a showroom appointment?
A form entry has to reach our CRM, trigger a confirmation email and count as a conversion in GA4 and Meta. How do you set that up, and how do you check that no lead gets lost?

Also include:

Links to two landing pages or funnels you built, at least one of them in WordPress with Elementor, with a short note on your part and the conversion rate if you know it. Screenshots are fine if a page is no longer live. Only share what already exists; please don’t build anything for this.
Which of the tools under “Tools we use” you have worked with, and which hours (Philippine time) you are available for meetings with our Dutch team.

We read every application that starts with the codeword and answers the questions specifically. Generic or copy-paste replies aren’t considered.
