JOB OVERVIEW

Funding Application Specialist (Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (EST)
Location: Remote

Overview

We are looking for a full-time Funding Application Specialist to assist clients throughout the funding application process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with financial documents, and capable of managing multiple client files simultaneously.

This position is responsible for helping clients complete funding applications, collecting documentation, communicating with lenders and clients, managing email correspondence, tracking application progress, and becoming an expert in our proprietary funding platform.

Responsibilities

* Assist clients in completing funding applications with banks, credit unions, and lenders.
* Guide clients through the funding process from start to finish.
* Learn and master all features of our proprietary funding and credit platform.
* Review client files for completeness and accuracy.
* Collect and organize required documentation.
* Follow up with clients regarding missing information and outstanding tasks.
* Monitor and manage company email inboxes.
* Respond to client emails in a professional and timely manner.
* Communicate with lenders to obtain status updates on pending applications.
* Regularly contact clients to gather updates and provide status reports.
* Track all funding applications and maintain accurate records.
* Update CRM and client notes.
* Schedule appointments and follow-up calls when needed.
* Escalate complex situations to management.
* Ensure every client receives a high level of customer service and communication throughout the process.
