In this role, you will manage the end-to-end funding application process for our clients — including business credit card stacking, lines of credit, and personal loan and credit card applications. You will also serve as a key point of contact for clients, guiding them through the funding process, keeping them informed on application statuses, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.

?
Apply for business lines of credit across multiple lenders and banking institutions
?
Submit personal loan and personal credit card applications as part of comprehensive client funding plans
?
Communicate directly with clients to explain the funding process, set expectations, and deliver updates on application results
?
Answer client questions about approvals, denials, credit limits, and next steps in a clear and professional manner
?
Track application statuses, document approvals/denials, and follow up with lenders when needed
?
Maintain accurate records of all client funding activity and communications in our CRM system
What we're looking for

Prior experience with business credit card stacking, business funding, or U.S. lending applications strongly preferred

Familiarity with major U.S. business and personal credit card issuers (Chase, Amex, Bank of America, Capital One, etc.)
?
Understanding of credit scores, credit inquiries, and application sequencing strategies
?
Confident, professional communicator — comfortable speaking with U.S.-based clients via text,
?
High attention to detail — accuracy in entering client information is critical
?
Strong written English — you will be communicating directly with clients on a daily basis
?
Reliable internet connection and ability to work U.S. business hours (or flexible overlap)
