We’ve helped hundreds of clients secure funding and are now scaling.
To support our growth, we are hiring a high-level Funding Advisor to manage and guide clients through the funding process after they join our program.
The Role
This is an internal client fulfillment role.
As a Funding Advisor, you will work directly with enrolled clients to help execute their funding strategy from start to finish.
Your role is critical to ensuring:
- Smooth client onboarding
- Proper funding execution
- Excellent client communication
- Strong funding results
You will be responsible for managing active clients, guiding them step-by-step, and ensuring a high-level client experience throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Manage active funding clients
- Guide clients through the funding process
- Review credit profiles and funding strategy plans
- Assist clients with bank applications and required documentation
- Communicate clearly and professionally throughout the process
- Follow up consistently to keep clients moving
- Coordinate with internal tea
- Update CRM systems (GoHighLevel or similar)
- Ensure strong client satisfaction and funding outcomes

Requirements
- Customer-facing experience (REQUIRED)
- Funding, banking, lending, or financial services experience (PREFERRED)
- Strong English communication skills
- Full-time availability
- Reliable internet and professional setup
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
