Virtual Functional Medicine Coach (Nutrition & Holistic Health) – Remote

Thyroid conditions (Hashimoto’s, hypothyroidism)
Blood sugar imbalance and diabetes
Gut health, inflammation, and hormone imbalance
Weightloss resistance, fatigue, and metabolic health

Our mission is to provide science-based, natural, and holistic care through online coaching programs, education, and personalized support.

We are looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented Functional Medicine Coach to join our remote team.

Position Overview

This is a remote virtual assistant + health coach hybrid role.
You will support clients inside our online functional medicine programs, guide lifestyle changes, and assist with coaching communication, education, and accountability.

You must be passionate about nutrition, root-cause healing, and holistic wellness.

Key Responsibilities
Client Coaching & Support
Guide clients through nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement protocols
Provide weekly check-ins, accountability, and encouragement
Answer client questions inside messaging platforms or coaching apps
Help interpret basic functional lab results (training provided if needed)
Support clients with meal planning, habit change, and symptom tracking

Program & Admin Support
Assist in managing online coaching platforms (Everfit, Kajabi, PracticeBetter, Trainerize etc.)
Document client progress and update notes
Help prepare educational resources, PDFs, and protocols
Coordinate with Dr. Christina and team for care plans
Support email, chat, and community engagement when needed

Required Qualifications
Based in the Philippines with reliable internet and quiet workspace
Background in nutrition, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or holistic health
Strong understanding of:
Anti-inflammatory nutrition
Gut health basics
Blood sugar balance
Thyroid health fundamentals
Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
Empathetic, encouraging, and patient with clients
Highly organized and detail-oriented

Strongly Preferred (Big Plus)
Certified Functional Medicine Coach / Health Coach / Nutritionist
Excellent communicating skill.
English language proficiency.
Experience supporting clients with:
Hashimoto’s or hypothyroidism
Diabetes or insulin resistance
Leaky gut, IBS, or chronic inflammation
Familiar with functional lab testing (GI-MAP, DUTCH, food sensitivity, etc.)
Experience in online coaching programs or telehealth
Comfortable using Google Workspace, CRMs, and coaching software

Work Schedule
Remote, work-from-home
Full-time or part-time available
Must overlap U.S. daytime hours (Pacific Time) for team communication
