We’re looking for a Klaviyo
This is not a “send newsletters” role. You’ll own flows, campaigns, segmentation, and optimization inside Klaviyo to drive measurable growth.
What you’ll do
Build and optimize Klaviyo flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, etc.)
Plan and execute revenue-driven
Segment audiences and personalize messaging
Run A/B tests and improve open rate, CTR, and conversion
Work with design/copy to ship high-performing
Track performance and continuously optimize
What we’re looking for
Hands-on Klaviyo experience for e-commerce brands
Proven track record of driving revenue through
Strong understanding of segmentation, deliverability, and lifecycle marketing
Comfortable analyzing campaign performance and improving results
Bonus: experience with SMS, Shopify, or retention marketing
Nice to have
Experience with multiple e-commerce brands
Understanding of retention metrics (LTV, repeat purchase rate)
