JOB OVERVIEW

WE’RE HIRING: FULL-TIME VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

We’re looking for a highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team on a long-term basis.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working across social media, digital products, online courses, podcast content, and day-to-day business operations.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, communicate clearly, and get things done without needing constant supervision.

???? SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

You will be responsible for:

• Scheduling posts across multiple social media platforms
• Creating social media graphics using Canva
• Maintaining a consistent posting schedule
• Helping organize and manage our content calendar
• Ensuring posts are accurate, polished, and on-brand

???? COURSE & DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

You will also help manage our courses and digital products, including:

• Uploading and organizing content inside Thinkific or Kajabi
• Creating and updating sales pages in Kit (formerly ConvertKit)
• Organizing digital downloads, resources, and workbooks
• Creating professional workbook covers
• Formatting PDFs and digital resources
• Organizing the layout and content inside workbooks
• Making sure digital products are clean, professional, and easy for customers to use


You may help with:

• Podcast publishing
• Uploading content to YouTube
• Organizing podcast assets
• Creating graphics and promotional content

???? GENERAL BUSINESS OPERATIONS

You will also assist with:

• Organizing Google Drive files and folders
• Following and improving SOPs
• Using ChatGPT and other AI tools to work more efficiently
• Keeping projects organized and moving forward
• Completing projects accurately and on time
• Communicating daily regarding progress, questions, and priorities

? REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

You should already have experience with most of the following:

• YouTube Studio
• Podcast publishing
• Kajabi and/or Thinkific
• Kit (formerly ConvertKit)
• WordPress
• Canva
• ChatGPT and AI tools
• Google Workspace
• Social media scheduling and management
• Creating and formatting digital products/workbooks

Excellent written and verbal English is REQUIRED.

???? WORK SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday | Full Time

You must be available during our designated working hours for communication, collaboration, and daily check-ins.

This is a long-term position for the right person.
