JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing marketing agency from Sweden looking to hire 3–5 full-time video editors from the Philippines.

English, Swedish and Norwegian videos. We have AI tools making it easy to edit in other languages, a lot of the edits will be understandeable though (English).

Our previous editors did not meet our quality and speed standards, so we are now building a stronger, long-term editing team from scratch.

- What We’re Looking For

We need editors who are:

1. Full-time available (non-negotiable)

2. Able to handle high volume editing

3. Fast, reliable, and quick to respond

4. Strong in communication (this is VERY important)

5. Focused on delivering high-quality content consistently

If you are slow to reply or unreliable, this role is NOT for you. Communication and quick replies are the most valuable traits for us, (we want replies straight away or within minutes a lot of the time, during work hours of course, not trying to burn anyone out haha.)
