We’re Hiring a Lead Bookkeeper to Help Build and Manage Our Bookkeeping System
We're looking for an experienced bookkeeper with a strong accounting background—someone who knows how to set up and maintain a solid bookkeeping structure from the ground up. If that sounds like you, we want you on our team
We’re a growing company looking for a Lead Bookkeeper who can take full ownership of our financial records and processes. This is a full-time job, work-from-home position with growth potential.
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain a complete and reliable bookkeeping structure
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks (accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, etc.)
Maintain clean and organized financial records
Work closely with management to ensure accurate and timely financial tracking.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Proven experience building or improving a bookkeeping system
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Preferred:
A degree in Accounting or a related field
Experience working with international clients or U.S.-based businesses
Work Schedule:
Graveyard shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Time
Follows Mountain Time (U.S.)
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Must be available during scheduled work hours for collaboration and check-ins
