We're Hiring: Virtual Assistant (Remote - Full Time)
Join a fast-growing business funding company helping entrepreneurs access the capital they need to scale!

Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $500 a month for full time work. Will have to go through a paid training period to make sure you are able to handle all the duties before onboarding full time with us.

What You'll Do
As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll be the bridge between clients and our internal processes. You will play a key role in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth fulfillment experience, and keeping communication organized and efficient.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Handling client onboarding calls (Zoom/phone)

Assisting clients through each step of the funding process.

Following up via email, phone, and text to ensure client progress

Tracking client approvals + payouts, etc.

Troubleshooting issues and escalating as needed

Creating a smooth, white-glove experience for every client

Sending invoices and following up.

Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)

Fast internet.

Confident and personable on Zoom and phone calls

Proactive mindset—you take initiative and don’t wait to be told

Comfortable using CRM tools like GoHighLevel and google sheets.

Nice-to-Haves:

Previous VA, admin, or customer support experience

Background in sales or client success

Understanding of credit, business funding, or finance (not required) but having basic knowledge of credit will help significantly in terms of your application.
