JOB OVERVIEW

I’m a founder running a small growth-marketing consultancy in Hong Kong. We help local SMEs scale with Meta and Google ads.
I’m hiring one full-time specialist, not a VA, not a freelancer with four other clients, not someone to “do a bit of everything.”
We start with one main task, then expand. That’s on purpose. I don’t have 100 decks. I have real client-facing work and I want one person who owns it.
The first task (month 1)

Take my written outlines and build client-ready Canva decks: company / pitch / showcase slides, then a reusable master. A handful of decks, done properly.
Then (this is the rest of the full-time job)

Weekly LinkedIn + Instagram layouts from my briefs. I give the point; you design and keep it on-brand. New pitch = duplicate the master, swap the client, photos, and numbers.
You will not run ads. You will not do general admin.
Who this is for

You are actually good at Canva decks, not only square posts
Your samples look like a service business (consultancy, F&B, clinic, hotel, B2B) — photos or real screens on the slides
You follow instructions the first time
You’d rather have one long-term employer than gig work
You send a short end-of-day note: what you finished, what’s blocked
You ask when you’re stuck instead of guessing for three days

Do not apply if

Portfolio is products, packshots, Amazon/Shopee, school, church, or government slides
One illustration / template background on every page
Social-only portfolio
You need several other clients
You want a vague “marketing VA” title

Hours / pay

Full-time. Philippines / Hong Kong time. Video calls 10:00–15:00 HKT when I need them.

$600 USD/month, paid monthly. Raise review at 90 days if the work is client-ready.

Canva only unless a client forces PowerPoint.

Next step is a short paid test. I don’t do unpaid trials.
