JOB OVERVIEW

Hiring: AI Content Creation VA (Short-Form Video)

We are a social media content company that creates short-form video content for health and wellness brands on Instagram. We use AI tools to generate images, voiceovers, talking head videos, and motion clips, then edit everything together into finished Instagram Reels.

This is a long-term position, not a one-time project.

What you will be doing:

- Using AI tools to generate realistic images of characters (Nano Banana Pro)
- Generating natural sounding voiceovers (ElevenLabs)
- Creating talking head videos (HeyGen)
- Generating motion video clips (Google Veo 3)
- Editing everything together into polished short-form videos (CapCut or your preferred editing software)
- Using Claude AI to write prompts and improve your work quality

You do not need prior experience with these specific tools. We have a full 9-stage onboarding program that trains you on everything step by step. But you do need to be someone who learns fast and pays attention to detail.

What we are looking for:

- Reliable and consistent. You show up every day and communicate if something comes up. This is the number one thing we care about.
- Detail-oriented. The difference between a good video and a bad one comes down to small details.
- Coachable. You take feedback seriously and apply it to your next video.
- Has their own laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection.
- Has their own video editing software (CapCut works great).
- Can follow instructions carefully without needing to be told the same thing twice.

Schedule:

Monday through Saturday. Daily check-in at 9:00 AM PHT. All work for the day must be completed and submitted by 9:00 PM PHT.

Pay:

$500 per month.

Onboarding:

Before you start producing content, you will go through our 9-stage onboarding program. Onboarding is unpaid but mandatory and must be completed within 7 days. This deadline is non-negotiable. It is designed to fully prepare you so you can do the job at a high level from day one. If onboarding is not completed within 7 days we will not be moving forward.
