JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Full-Time eCommerce Web Developer (Contractor) experienced in Neto, Shopify, Liquid, HTML/CSS/JS, automation tools (n8n/Zapier/Make), API integrations and SEO implementation. This is a long-term contractor role (not employee) for our Australian eCommerce brands. You must be able to work full-time, solve technical problems quickly, build and improve Shopify stores, optimise Neto, and implement automation workflows that improve efficiency. No agencies, no outsourcing groups — we are hiring ONE individual direct contractor only.

About Us

We operate two established eCommerce brands:

Extac Outdoors – outdoor, knives, tactical, adventure gear

Oh Happy Home – eco-friendly rugs and homewares

We are looking for a full-time eCommerce Web Developer to maintain and improve our Neto + Shopify stores, build new Shopify sites, implement automation/AI workflows, and deliver ongoing technical improvements.

This is a long-term role with real growth potential.

Role & Responsibilities

Development (Primary)

Maintain and improve Neto (Maropost) store

Build and customise Shopify themes (Liquid, JS, CSS)

Improve site UX, speed and conversion

Implement SEO improvements (meta, schema, site-speed fixes)

Debug and fix theme/code issues fast

Automations & Integrations

Build workflows in n8n / Zapier / Make

Integrate APIs between systems

Apply AI tools to improve workflow efficiency

Product Management

Bulk upload products (CSV/import feeds)

Write/edit titles, copy, tags and SEO data

Occasional Support Backup

Only when our support agent is unavailable

Phone/email/chat support (simple order tracking etc.)

Requirements

Strong experience in Neto & Shopify theme development

Skilled in: HTML, CSS, JS, Liquid

Familiar with PHP (Neto), JSON, REST APIs and SQL

Understands SEO principles + best practices

Good English communication

Fast typing (45+ WPM REQUIRED)

Nice To Have

Amazon Seller Central experience

Canva/Adobe image editing

Prior automation builds (OpenAI / AI tools)

Compensation

Full-time: 40 hours / week

Schedule: 10:00AM–7:00PM Sydney (7:00/8:00AM – 4:00/5:00PM PH) or earlier.

Salary Range: PHP 70,000 – PHP 120,000 / month

13th month pay
