Each video must be completed, submitted, and formally approved within the same day. Work is only considered finished once approval is granted and no further revisions are required. If videos are completed and approved ahead of schedule, the workday may conclude early. If approval is not achieved within scheduled hours, continued effort is required until the video is finalized and accepted.

Detailed voiceover scripts and reference videos will be provided for every video.
About the Role
We run a fast-growing faceless YouTube channel producing long-form, story-driven content on trending news. Each video is built around a professional voiceover script — your role is to add visual direction and bring it to life.
We’re seeking a full-time YouTube Video Editor & Visual Designer who can independently source footage, craft engaging long-form edits, create motion graphics, design high-impact thumbnails, and support the channel’s overall visual branding.
This is a long-term position with stable pay and strong growth potential for the right person.
What You’ll Do
Edit 2 long-form videos daily — approximately 25–35 minutes each
Sync edits precisely to provided voiceover scripts with a polished, broadcast-quality finish
Independently research, source, and organize a high volume of B-roll and footage — dozens to hundreds of clips per video
Ensure every single clip is directly relevant to what the narrator is saying at that exact
Avoid generic filler, lazy stock footage, or visuals that do not match the story
Source public event clips, news interviews, archival material, paparazzi footage, royalty-free assets, and other relevant media with patience, precision, and a researcher’s mindset
Match footage tightly to narration — when the script references a specific person, event, or
Keep engagement high with varied visuals, including close-ups, reaction clips, text overlays, zooms, relevant cutaways, and pacing changes
Add professional finishing elements, including:
On-screen subtitles/captions
Smooth transitions
Background music
Sound effects where appropriate
Clean audio balancing
Cinematic pacing tuned for retention
Create motion graphics to support the storytelling, including:
Animated text
Lower thirds
Callouts
Timelines
Maps
Headlines
Social media screenshots
Visual explainers
Title cards
Segment cards
Design 2 CTR-focused thumbnails daily
Create thumbnails with bold, emotionally charged, YouTube-native design, strong visual hierarchy, clean composition, and clear storytelling
Assist with logo design and channel branding, including:
Channel logo concepts
Banner/header design
Brand color palettes
Typography selection
Simple brand guidelines
Template creation for recurring videos
Visual identity improvements
Design related creative assets when needed, such as:
End screens
Subscribe graphics
Community post graphics
Social media graphics
Promotional visuals
Branded overlays
Maintain an organized shared asset library
Meet daily deadlines without needing constant follow-up
Communicate promptly and professionally during working hours
What You Need
Proven proficiency in at least one major video editing platform:
Adobe Premiere Pro
Final Cut Pro
CapCut
DaVinci Resolve
Strong motion graphics ability, preferably using:
Adobe After Effects
Premiere Pro motion tools
DaVinci Fusion
CapCut motion features
or equivalent software
Strong thumbnail, graphic design, and branding skills using:
Photoshop
Illustrator
Canva
Photopea
Figma
or similar design tools
Ability to design logos, YouTube banners, channel graphics, and branded visual assets
Strong design sense — layout, typography, color, contrast, emotional framing, visual hierarchy, and composition
Strong research ability and patience to source precise, relevant footage for 25–35 minute scripts
Ability to find the exact clip or
High attention to detail — visuals must match narration exactly
Example: If the narrator says “the garden party in 2018,” the footage on screen should reflect that specific
B-roll sourcing experience from stock libraries, YouTube archives, public media, news clips, and event footage
A reliable workstation with capable specs and fast internet for long-form video projects
Good English comprehension — all scripts and voiceovers are in English
A sharp sense of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention for news-style content
Strong judgment on footage — knowing when clips add emotional weight versus when they create visual noise
Full-time commitment — 6 days/week, 8 hours/day
Ability to deliver 2 complete videos + 2 thumbnails daily
Prompt communication during working hours

Previous experience editing news, current events, royal, political, celebrity, documentary, or story-driven content
Experience with logo design, YouTube channel branding, and social media design

Strong understanding of YouTube CTR and retention best practices

Ability to design full visual packages, including title cards, timeline graphics, branded layouts, and recurring segment templates
