Views To Clients is hiring a full-time YouTube Thumbnail Designer based in the Philippines.

We are a YouTube growth company working with leading business creators and brands including Gary Vee, ManyChat, Instantly AI and Kane Kallaway. We have grown from around $100,000 per month at the start of this year to $475,000 last month, and we are building towards $1 million per month.

Our mission is to become the best team in the world at building profitable business YouTube channels.

We are looking for a designer who can create world-class thumbnails for long-form business and educational YouTube videos. A strong thumbnail is not merely attractive. It communicates one clear idea, works with the title and makes the right viewer want to click.

You will work closely with our Thumbnail Lead and strategy team. You will be expected to take ownership of the work, make strong visual decisions, respond well to direct feedback and consistently deliver polished, usable designs on time.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Create high-quality thumbnails for long-form YouTube videos.
- Turn titles, briefs and rough concepts into clear visual ideas.
- Develop and compare multiple concepts where needed.
- Use strong composition, hierarchy, contrast, lighting, retouching and photo manipulation.
- Design for immediate readability at mobile size.
- Action feedback fully and improve the work quickly.
- Keep Photoshop working files organised and accessible.
- Communicate honestly and early if delivery is ever at risk.
- Learn from performance and help improve the standard over time.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- A strong portfolio focused on YouTube thumbnails.
- Advanced Adobe Photoshop ability.
- Excellent visual judgement and attention to detail.
- An understanding of why viewers click, not only how to make something look polished.
- The ability to work independently without needing every decision made for you.
- Reliability, clear communication and high personal standards.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Based in the Philippines and interested in a long-term, full-time role.

WHAT YOU WILL GET

HOW TO APPLY

Send a complete application including:

1. Where in the Philippines you are based and when you could start.
2. Your portfolio and your five strongest long-form YouTube thumbnails. Include published video links where available and state what you personally created.
3. The design tools you use and your level of Photoshop experience.
4. A Loom of no more than five minutes. Introduce yourself, show one thumbnail you are proud of, open its layered Photoshop file, explain the title, concept and key decisions, and say what you would improve now.

Applications without a working portfolio and Loom will not progress. Strong finalists will complete a paid trial.
