eTourism is a digital marketing agency specialising in helping hotels and resorts increase direct reservations through their websites. Our focus is performance. We drive bookings, not just clicks.
We work with accommodation providers across Australia and internationally, delivering website rebuilds, SEO optimisation, content strategy, and ongoing digital marketing campaigns.
We are growing and are looking for a reliable, proactive WordPress Web Developer to join our growing team full-time.

Your Primary Responsibilities
Develop and maintain WordPress websites using the Divi Builder
Implement technical SEO best practices to improve visibility and performance
Optimise website speed, structure, and user experience
Execute development tasks based on provided designs (you are not responsible for design direction) with a focus on mobile website development & user experience
Install tracking code such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Pixel
Perform quality checks to ensure all links, booking engines, forms, and integrations function correctly
Work within an existing team structure alongside designers, marketers, and support staff
Use time-tracking software accurately and maintain strong productivity standards
Attend and actively participate in weekly production meetings

What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills
Strong experience with WordPress CMS
Advanced experience using Divi Builder
Solid understanding of on-page SEO and technical optimisation
PHP knowledge preferred (for troubleshooting and minor customisations)
Experience improving website performance and site structure
Experience using Asana or similar project management software preferred
Professional Traits (Very Important)
Excellent written English communication
Clear, proactive communication - you consistently keep the team updated on progress, blockers, and timelines
Comfortable participating in weekly production meetings
High accountability and comfort working with time-tracking systems
Proactive mindset - you take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, accurate work
Team player who collaborates effectively with designers and marketing staff
