JOB OVERVIEW

We are Dreambound, a mission-driven education startup, and we’re looking for a full-time Social Media Content Creator who just "gets it." You aren't just an editor; you’re someone who lives and breathes social media and knows how to turn a simple idea into a post that people actually want to stop and watch.

The Role

We will provide the creative briefs, the brand guidelines, and the strategy. Your job is to bring the magic. You’ll take our concepts and transform them into high-performing short-form videos (TikTok/Reels/Shorts/Ads) and eye-catching graphics that resonate with our audience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Creative Execution: Turning our briefs into 3–5 pieces of high-quality content daily (a mix of video and graphics).
- Visual Hook Mastery: Using your "knack" for attention-grabbing visuals to stop the scroll.
- Collaboration: Working closely with our team to refine ideas and iterate based on what the data tells us is working.
