We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Sales Assistant to support our field-based Account Manager by making outbound calls and scheduling in-person sales appointments across assigned territories. Our firm represents eight or more manufacturers, and many prospects may be interested in multiple product lines. However, each manufacturer requires segmented and confidential lead reporting.
This role demands excellent phone skills, experience with Monday.com CRM, and strong organizational abilities to cluster appointments geographically and align them with the Account Manager’s travel calendar. You'll work independently but collaboratively to ensure efficient routing and clean reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Make daily outbound calls to prospects and schedule in-person appointments
Use Monday.com CRM to manage and organize leads by manufacturer, product line, and territory
Ensure complete data separation between manufacturers, even if a prospect is interested in multiple lines
Schedule appointments based on geographic proximity to reduce travel time and increase efficiency
Coordinate meetings with awareness of the Account Manager’s regional travel schedule
Track activity history, meeting outcomes, and follow-ups in Monday.com
Send confirmations, reminders, and reschedule communications as needed
Generate manufacturer-specific reports summarizing booked appointments and pipeline activity
Re-engage open or aging leads based on future travel dates or new product availability
Requirements:
Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during U.S. Eastern Time (ET) business hours
Prior experience making outbound calls and scheduling in-person sales meetings
Proficiency in Monday.com CRM — including boards, automations, filters, and dashboards
Ability to organize appointments by proximity (zip code, city, region)
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex lead flows across multiple manufacturers
High integrity — required to uphold strict confidentiality across segmented product lines
Bonus Skills:
Industry experience with fiber optic network materials or telecom-related infrastructure
Experience supporting multi-line sales reps, distributors, or manufacturer rep firms
Familiarity with route planning tools like Google Maps, Route4Me, or Badger Maps
Ability to generate and present custom CRM reports for different stakeholders
Compensation:
$4.00 USD per hour (40 hours/week)
Discretionary bonuses based on performance, appointment quality, and reporting accuracy
