JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Virtual Assistant for a long-term position. The main responsibility is creating shipping labels for orders in Shopify, along with general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Create shipping labels for Shopify orders
Provide daily administrative assistance
Work with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Support various operational and organizational tasks
Assist with additional duties as needed (training provided)

Requirements:

Fluent English (mandatory)
Strong organizational skills
Reliable, disciplined, and precise working style
Strict adherence to working hours (9:00–18:00, German time)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Shopify experience is an advantage, but not required
Willingness to learn new tasks and processes
Good communication skills and high attention to detail
