About Us
Dangerously Fit is a global e-commerce fitness brand specializing in unconventional strength training equipment (steel clubs, maces, Bulgarian bags, flow ropes, aqua bags, etc.). We sell across Australia, the USA, UK, and New Zealand, and also provide online courses and certifications through our academy.
We’re growing fast and looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. This role is vital for keeping our operations smooth, our customers happy, and our systems organized.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be provided with full SOPs and training videos. Your role includes:
• Customer Support
• Respond to
• Use templates for refunds, returns, and general questions
• Track orders and follow up with shipping partners when needed
• Order Management
• Process website and marketplace orders (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TradeMe)
• Generate shipping labels using EasyShip and Shippit
• Coordinate with warehouses on stock levels and order issues
• Student Support
• Set up new students in the online learning portal
• Assist with login issues
• Issue certificates for completed assessments
• Operations & Admin
• Maintain spreadsheets (returns, product dimensions, lost/damaged orders)
• Update product data when required
• Order supplies (e.g., poly mailers) and manage account logins
Requirements
• Strong written English (clear, professional, friendly tone)
• Experience in customer support and e-commerce systems (Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce preferred)
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and spreadsheets
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving
Compensation & Hours
• Full-time, remote position (40 hrs/week)
• Salary: ?50,000 – ?65,000/month, depending on experience
• Long-term opportunity with potential for growth
