We are a luxury spa located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We are known for delivering elevated, high-end experiences with a strong focus on client care, attention to detail, and consistent service quality.
We are expanding and looking for a high-performing, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can support phone operations, booking management, customer service, and backend admin tasks.
This is a long-term role with structured growth, performance tracking, and advancement opportunities.
Compensation & Growth
Starting Pay: $5/hour
30-Day Evaluation: Performance review for potential pay increase
90-Day Milestone: Eligibility for commission on sales (bookings, upgrades, memberships, packages)
Ongoing growth opportunities (senior roles, leadership, operations support)
Pay range upgrade at around $6-$9
Core Responsibilities
1. Phone Sales + Customer Experience (Primary Focus)
Answer inbound calls professionally and confidently
Handle client inquiries, bookings, and service questions
Follow up on missed calls and warm leads
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
Upsell services, packages, enhancements, and memberships
Maintain a polished, luxury concierge experience on every call

2. Booking & CRM Management
Manage daily bookings using Booker/Mindbody
Confirm appointments and send reminders
Maintain accuracy in scheduling and client records

Respond to customer
Organize inbox and manage follow-ups
Handle escalations professionally
Monitor spam/junk folders for missed inquiries
4. Marketing & Content Support
Assist with scheduling blog posts in Wix
Support
Create basic Canva graphics when needed
Upload and manage marketing materials
Assist with website updates
5. Operational & Admin Support
Support Spa Director and leadership team remotely
Maintain Google Drive and internal documents
Update SOPs and VA manuals
Assist with event coordination and listings
Monitor reviews and assist with responses
Support lead generation and follow-up systems

-Excellent English (spoken and written)
-Confident and professional phone presence
-Experience in customer service, call handling, or phone sales
-Strong ability to upsell and guide conversations
-Detail-oriented and highly organized
-Fast, responsive, and able to multitask
-Comfortable following scripts and SOPs
-Stable high-speed internet (with backup preferred)
-Quiet workspace and quality headset
