First 6 weeks (Training Period): $2 AUD per hour
After successful completion of training: $5 AUD per hour
Regular performance and salary reviews

Inbound and outbound phone calls
Appointment scheduling and confirmations
General administrative support
CRM management
Excel spreadsheets and reporting
Xero data entry and invoice generation

Email management
Client follow-ups

Requirements

You must have:

Excellent spoken and written English
Confidence speaking on the phone
Strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions
Reliable computer or laptop
Stable high-speed internet connection
A quality headset with microphone
A quiet and professional workspace

Preferred

Two monitors (dual-screen setup)

Applicants with a dual-monitor setup may have an advantage due to increased productivity.
