Nebraska Elite Painting is a growing painting company based in Omaha, Nebraska. As we continue expanding, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help support operations, communicate with customers, and assist with estimating projects.
This is a long-term, stable position with a growing company.
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
(1 hour unpaid lunch)

Position Overview
This role combines customer service, scheduling, sales support, and estimating assistance.
A key part of this job will be learning how to measure homes remotely using tools like Google Maps and input those measurements into our estimating system.
You will be trained to prepare painting estimates from your computer, which will help support our operations and scheduling.
You must be comfortable learning new skills, working with numbers, and being precise with measurements and details.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
• Answer inbound calls from customers
• Help schedule painting estimate appointments
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
Scheduling & Operations
• Manage estimate scheduling and calendar coordination
• Communicate with painters regarding job schedules
• Call in paint orders when needed
• Handle customer questions and reschedules
Estimating Support
• Measure homes online using Google Maps
• Input measurements into our estimating system
• Assist with preparing and sending quotes
• Track estimate follow-ups
Over time you will be trained to prepare full estimates independently from your computer.
Lead Management
• Track incoming leads and estimate requests
• Maintain organized spreadsheets and CRM records
Marketing Support
• Assist with light social media posting
• Engage with customers online when needed
Qualifications
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident and friendly on the phone
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and Google Drive
• Self-motivated and organized
• Able to learn systems and follow instructions carefully

Availability
This is a full-time position. We are looking for someone who can dedicate their full work schedule to this role and is not actively working multiple full-time jobs during these hours.
