We are a growing US-based car rental company operating through Turo. Our fleet continues to expand, and we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations.

This is a long-term, full-time position with opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Your Responsibilities
Respond to guest messages through Turo and SMS
Manage reservations and trip extensions
Send check-in and check-out instructions
Update company spreadsheets and operational reports
Coordinate with cleaners, mechanics, and repair shops
Monitor late vehicle returns
Assist with damage claims and documentation
Review vehicle photos, mileage, and fuel levels
Follow company SOPs and internal procedures
Provide outstanding customer service
Escalate urgent issues when necessary
Requirements
Good written and spoken English
Full-time availability during Chicago (CST) business hours
Reliable laptop or desktop computer
Stable high-speed internet connection
Backup internet (mobile hotspot preferred)
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask efficiently
Ability to follow written procedures
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred:

Previous Virtual Assistant experience
Customer support experience
Experience using Turo, Airbnb, Uber, or similar platforms
