We're a Canada-based home-services company hiring ONE full-time, long-term
OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE. This is a real, stable, single-employer role —
not project work, and not an agency. This is NOT an entry-level or admin job.
Please only apply if you already have real outbound sales experience.
What you'll do:
- Make a high volume of cold calls to Canadian businesses, property managers and homeowners (we provide the phone system)
- Prospect and build your own lead lists — research companies, find the right person, reach out (we train you on
- Get past gatekeepers, open conversations, and qualify whether a lead is worth our team's time
- Handle objections on the spot and tailor your pitch to the person you're talking to
- Follow up relentlessly and book qualified appointments and quotes
- Own your pipeline and your numbers
Who we're looking for (please read honestly):
- PROVEN outbound sales experience — you have actually cold-called, prospected, found and qualified leads, and worked toward a target. Order-taking, data-entry, or inbound-only customer-service roles are not what we need.
- AMAZING spoken English — clear, natural and confident on the phone with Canadians. This is the single most important requirement.
- You think for yourself — when a problem or escalation comes up you can make a decision and solve it, not just pass it up a manager.
- Resilient and self-driven — cold calling means hearing "no" and dialing again.
- Real, verifiable work experience (we will ask about it in detail).
Schedule & pay:
- Full-time, 8:00am-5:00pm Pacific Time (this is a graveyard shift in the Philippines — please make sure you can work overnight reliably)
- Competitive monthly base with room to grow as you bring in business, paid twice a month
Equipment you must have:
- A reliable computer with a monitor, a quiet space, and a good headset and camera.
