JOB OVERVIEW

Armadas Exterior LLC is seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant to support our inbound call handling, appointment scheduling, and marketing activities. We are an exterior remodeling company providing roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, and solar services. The primary goal of this role is to ensure incoming leads are handled quickly and converted into scheduled appointments while also supporting ongoing marketing and outreach efforts.

Working Hours

Business operates on Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Phone coverage needed between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST

Full-time position

Preferred schedule: Monday through Saturday

Some flexibility may be possible since we have in-office staff until 3:00 PM PST

Primary Responsibilities

Inbound Call Handling & Appointment Setting

Answer incoming calls forwarded from our business phone lines

Professionally communicate with potential customers

Schedule appointments for our sales team across two metro service locations

Accurately capture customer information and service requests

Lead Generation & Outreach

Assist with lead scraping and research to identify potential prospects

Support cold outreach or follow-up communication when necessary

Help generate additional appointment opportunities for the sales team

Marketing Support

Assist with social media posting

Track performance and return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns

Assist with email marketing campaigns using a customer contact list of 4,000+ existing customers

Required Skills & Qualifications

Extremely fluent English (written and spoken)

Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone

Experience with appointment setting or call handling

Experience with lead scraping, prospecting, or list building

Familiarity with email marketing and social media management

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work during Pacific Standard Time business hours

Preferred Experience

Previous experience working as a virtual assistant

Experience in lead generation, cold outreach, or sales support

Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing tools
