Role Overview
We are looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant who is highly organised, proactive, and confident speaking on the phone. This role involves a mix of admin, communication, and system-based tasks.

Full-time position
Monday to Friday
Australian business hours

Pay Structure

$4 AUD per hour (full-time)
First 3 weeks: training period at 50% pay

Key Responsibilities

Inbound and outbound phone calls (clients, facilities, follow-ups)
Managing and updating CRM systems
Data entry and reporting using Excel
Basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero
General admin support

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English
Confident on the phone
Strong attention to detail
Organised and reliable
Able to follow instructions and complete tasks on time
Comfortable using Excel, CRM systems, and Xero (or willing to learn quickly)
Reliable internet and a quiet working environment
