HIRING: Full-Time Virtual Assistant
Work for a U.S.-based company| Long-term role

Kumusta! We are a well-established company based in Colorado, USA, and we are looking for a talented and proactive virtual assistant from the Philippines to join our team full-time.

This is a long-term opportunity with a stable, supportive employer. We provide training and onboarding, and we genuinely invest in your growth and success.

YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
- Calendar and schedule management
- Website updates on Squarespace (adding pages, images, content)
- Creating simple graphics (Canva or similar) for LinkedIn, website, and podcasts
- Using AI tools to improve efficiency and content quality
- Supporting LinkedIn and light outbound sales activities
- Publishing podcast episodes to Spotify and other platforms
- Suggesting ideas and improvements proactively

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Has experience with Squarespace and HubSpot
- Comfortable using Canva, LinkedIn, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Organized, independent, and self-motivated
- Available during U.S. business hours (full-time)

BONUS:
Opportunity to support two vacation rental properties. Performance-based commission available for measurable booking growth.
