JOB OVERVIEW

We are the founders of Queenli, a women’s affirmations and manifestation app — and we need a full-time editor who can create scroll-stopping content for TikTok and Instagram. Our audience is women aged 18–35 who are into self-worth, glow-ups, manifestation, and “that girl” energy.

Compensation:
$1,000 – $1,500/month starting
Can climb to $2,000+/month as we grow and you prove yourself

What You’ll Edit:
You’ll be producing a mix of ~50% video and ~50% slideshow/image content across multiple TikTok and Instagram accounts.

Videos:
UGC-style videos (talking to camera, lifestyle clips)
UGC variation/remix edits
B-roll motivation and aesthetic edits (“that girl” lifestyle, glow-up energy)
Fast-cut affirmation and manifestation edits
App demo videos (screen recordings + real footage) — coming soon after launch

Images / Slideshows:
Text overlay slideshows (affirmation quotes, manifestation prompts, self-worth content)
AI-generated image slideshows with viral text overlays (dream life / glow-up aesthetic)
UGC carousels

Requirements:
Full-time availability
Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent
Comfortable using AI tools for content creation (image generation, script writing, etc.)
Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content trends — especially in the self-improvement, manifestation, and feminine wellness space
Can match reference styles quickly and replicate winning formats
Fast turnaround, consistent quality, high volume
Portfolio showing short-form social content (especially in wellness, self-help, lifestyle, or similar niches)

Nice to Have:
Experience editing content in the affirmations, manifestation, or self-improvement niche
Familiarity with AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, NanoBanana, DALL-E)
Understanding of what makes content feel native to TikTok (not polished, not corporate — raw, real, relatable)

To Apply:
You must send your portfolio or examples of similar work (UGC edits, slideshows, short-form social content). Failure to share your portfolio will result in immediate rejection.

If we like your portfolio, you’ll move to a test task where you’ll create:
- Two B-roll style video edits (affirmation / manifestation theme)
- A text overlay slideshow (self-worth or glow-up topic)
- An AI-generated UGC style image (AI generated female) slideshow with viral text overlays

We’ll only provide inspiration accounts. The test should take around 48–72 hours max.
