Full-Time Video Editor and Social Media Manager
Location Remote or Hybrid

Overview
We are looking for a high-output, creative video editor and social media operator to handle the full pipeline of content from Twitch streams to viral clips.

This role is not just about cutting footage. You will be responsible for turning raw VODs into engaging, high-retention content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter or X, and more.

You must understand internet humor, pacing, and audience retention at a high level. This includes ---------- timing, comedic edits, and knowing what actually performs on modern platforms.

What You Will Do
Edit Twitch VODs into long-form YouTube videos
Create short-form vertical content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
Identify and extract high-performing, viral-worthy ---------- nts
Apply fast-paced, retention-focused editing with quick cuts, zooms, subtitles, sound effects, and ---------- overlays
Repurpose content into multiple formats optimized for each platform
Schedule and post content across all social platforms
Maintain a consistent posting cadence
Handle thumbnails, captions, hashtags, and upload formatting
Track performance and iterate based on what works

Editing Style Requirements
You must be comfortable editing in a fast-paced, humor-driven style similar to the following:

Fast-paced editing with minimal dead air
Strong comedic timing and punchline delivery
Heavy use of subtitles, sound effects, and visual emphasis

Culture Fit Important
You cannot be sensitive to humor
Content may include dark humor, offensive jokes, and unfiltered commentary
You must understand the difference between humor and malice

Requirements
Proven experience editing gaming or Twitch content
Experience creating short-form vertical videos
Strong understanding of TikTok, Shorts, and Reels algorithms
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
Ability to consistently deliver content on schedule

Experience managing or growing social media accounts

Consistent output of daily or near-daily content
Videos that retain attention, get shared, and grow the audience
Ability to predict what content will perform before posting
