JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, I'm Sam — founder of Built Body Transformations. We coach
men in their 30s, 40s, and 50s who've built great careers but
let their bodies fall behind. We've coached over 1,700 men.

I need ONE full-time editor + poster to own my entire content
pipeline — short-form Reels and TikToks, long-form YouTube,
and paid ad creatives. My face is on every video.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Edit 8-15 short-form vertical videos per week (Reels, TikTok,
YouTube Shorts) from my raw footage and podcast clips
- Edit 3 long-form YouTube videos per week (8-15 min)
- Edit paid ad creatives for our coaching offer (3-6 per week)
- Edit VSLs for our coaching offer
- Schedule and publish all videos across IG, TikTok, YouTube,
LinkedIn using a scheduler (Metricool/Later/Buffer)
- Light thumbnail design (I will approve)
- Weekly report on view counts and what's working

REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years editing short-form for personal brands or creators
- Portfolio with proof — at least 3 short-form vertical edits
with visible view counts (50K+ ideal)
- Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve fluent
- After Effects basics
- Native-level written and spoken English
- Available 4+ hours overlap with Sydney time (GMT+10)
- Reliable 50+ Mbps internet and backup power

NICE TO HAVE

- Fitness or wellness content experience
- Experience editing paid Meta/YouTube ads (NOT just organic)
- Scheduling tool experience (Metricool, Later, Buffer)

- You only know CapCut (we need real Premiere or Resolve work)

PAY

$X USD/week, paid weekly via Wise. Long-term role, paid time off,
13th-month bonus, performance bonuses for videos that cross
100K views.
